Automatic system for breast cysts disease investigation based on the textural parameters analysis

Echography analysis technique has played an important role in correctly establishing the diagnosis. Most women are affected by the breast disease. For the purpose of helping physicians in providing rapid and accurate diagnosis we present a software application for diagnose and investigation of breast diseases. The diagnosis is made by analysis of the textural parameters extracted from ultrasound breast images. The analyzed textural parameters correspond to the iso-segment matrix. In the same time, the application allows geometrical measurements on processed images. Some conclusions were drawn on the effectiveness of the method.
