  • Abstract
    The design of optimal waveform for enhanced detection of rank-one targets is addressed. Rather than simultaneous design of waveform and matched filter maximizing the clutter-plus-noise ratio (SCNR), we design the optimal waveform maximizing the probability of detection under the Neyman-Pearson (NP) criterion.
