Abstract :
Various approaches for suppressing inter-core crosstalk of multi-core fiber and state-of-the-art low-crosstalk multi-core fiber feasible to ultra-long-haul transmission are reviewed. Additionally, preferable way to improve spatial spectral efficiency is discussed.
