  • Abstract
    An asymmetric parallel waveguide realizes low-loss mode conversion and MUX/DEMUX simultaneously over a wide wavelength range. MDM and WDM transmission is achieved with a low insertion loss of <;1.6dB for LP01 and LP11 modes.
