Abstract :
There are showed results of experiment concerning embodying a of direct sensing method in different semiconductor junction of photodiodes. unexpected effect became the presence of differences in behaviour of a time parameter and diffusion of spatial charges at action on semiconductor junction of the modulated luminous flux. modulation indexes after analog-digital transformation to two semiconductor transitions were gained with different signs.
