Architecting reader adapter in RFID systems

Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) Technology is an emerging technology that uses radio waves to transmit data in order to track the objects. In recent years, many organizations implementing this technology into their existing business processes. RFID Middleware is a component in RFID System which bridges a gap between RFID Reader and Application. In this paper, an overall view of RFID System is presented and an implementation of Reader Adapter has been designed, developed and deployed in RFID Middleware.
