Abstract :
Operations research is consolidated as an important area of applied mathematics, having among its classical problems that of resources allocation. This paper presents the problem of tutor allocation in distance learning courses, using individual evaluation score criteria in order to maximize the total final score punctuation in the allocation. A model was formulated using integer linear programming, which was tested in simulation with real data, trying to identify if a model that allows to enter the relevant data and generate a proposal for automatic allocation would facilitate the process of resources allocation, making the process more efficient than the manual allocation.
