Abstract :
In this study one of the most important approaches will be: it is so open that online learning has different effects on male and female students; also it has various effects on male and female faculty members. This paper identifies gender-differentiated communication patterns and educational characteristics as a means of offering instructional design, delivery, and support strategies. Both instructor and learner dynamics are considered in light of current research as a means of promoting social equity.
