Abstract
In recent years, research on Construction Information System for building the U-City has been actively carried out, and it is required to secure technologies to acquire, enable and apply spatial information in a construction site in order to enhance the effective deployment of construction information. In this study was performed construction-related spatial information technologies to extract, service model to define, environmental of each service model to analyze, methods and expectation of each service model to suggest. The results of this study will be able to offer the directions and order for construction information and practical application, serve as the foundation for the construction service model.
