Abstract
The dynamics of a plasma with two ion species is analyzed on the basis of hydrodynamics equations in a magnetic field under the condition B2 ≫ 8πp. For this plasma the equations are investigated in the ratio diapason of the plasma density to the magnetic field υii /ωBi < (Z2 M/m)1/4, when the skin-effect penetration of the magnetic field into the plasma is determined by ion-ion collision. The simultaneous dynamic equations are presented, which describe the diffusive penetration of the magnetic field and the density redistribution of the ion species. The applicability of this equations to the transportation of the current sheath for the ≪plasma focus≫ devices is discussed.
