Abstract :
In the report are considered an opportunity and conditions of existence Raman´s mode of bremsstrahlung generation in active medium of a FEL. Threshold of existence of such FEL operating on electronic density in bunch and bremsstrahlung intensity in optical resonator have been obtained.
