Abstract :
Despite of the powerful tools that have been offered by the third and fourth generation languages for developing several types of applications, still Oracle Forms considered to be the main first generation language that can easily be used for developing rapid applications based on large database amount. In this paper, we analyzed the importance of Oracle Forms. Moreover, we also described the effectiveness and the significant use of Oracle Forms as an efficient of the first generation language dealing with database applications by implementing a real database case as an instance. We conducted an experimental implementation using Oracle Forms. Result and its implications are deeply discussed.
