Abstract :
Since cyber threats are increasing every year, the public institutions chose to prevent sources of such threats by network disconnection since 2008. Earlier, physical network connection was used, but now it is changing to logical network disconnection. The most important thing in network disconnection is to transmit data between disconnected networks effectively to secure availability of computer resources between networks, maintain disconnected network conditions and not violate security policies of individual networks at the same time. For such purposes, transmission architectures, shared storage using architectures and EAI using architectures were designed. In this study, an architecture using an one-way transmission device transmitting data real-time between different networks was suggested. The suggested architecture reduced transmission time for data exchange, a problem in existing architectures, to enable real-time safe transmission of even large-scale data.
