Abstract :
First, we apply the equivalent input impedance which calculated for electromagnetic waves normally incident to the layered media model to electromagnetic scattering of plane waves at nonzero incidence in the multi-homogeneous medium. Then the method is applied to compute the reflection coefficient of one-dimensional magnetized plasma photonic crystals (PPC) with the incident angle change. And it solved the problem that the original finite difference time domain (FDTD) method can not be calculated reflection coefficient of plasma photonic crystal in a large angle. By comparing the reflection coefficient of plasma photonic crystals with different incident angles, we give a comprehensive and detailed analysis of photonic band gap properties with the variation of incidence angle.
