Abstract :
In this paper, a compact tri-band antenna is proposed. Two slots are etched on the antenna to achieve multiple resonances. Modified ground structure and parasitic strip are applied in the antenna to broaden the bandwidth. The size of radiation patch is 10mm*40mm. The antenna is printed on the PCB, easily fabricated and low cost. The operating frequency bands are with 876MHz-960MHz, 1710MHz-2160MHz, and 2500MHz-2690MHz, covers GSM900, DCS, PCS, and LTE. Both simulation and measurement results are shown to illustrate the performances of the antenna.
