            Abstract : 
The results of the experimental investigations of the mass-loading effect and the influence of the thermal treatment and of the crystal plates finishing degree on the electrical parameters of AT-cut GaPO4 resonators are presented. A comparison of these results with the results obtained previously for AT-cut quartz and Y-cut langasite resonators is performed. The conclusion of this study is that the mass-loading influence on the AT-cut GaPO4 resonator characteristics is much smaller than that of the AT-cut quartz resonators, being almost the same as that of Y-cut langasite resonators.
