            Abstract : 
This paper presents a microstrip patch-based antenna for an experimental microwave system at 18 GHz. The antenna array has been built out of 16 radiating elements. It makes use of a mixed serial/parallel feeding network. The design, the simulation results and the measurements are discussed.
