Abstract
Nowadays multiple organizations introduce enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) as complete solution to integrate all the company or any organization in complete software. The ERP systems include finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service and customer relationship management, etc. Exchange data between enterprise resource planning systems and organization web portals in the World Wide Web is introduced as computer science services to help their third parties to transceiver theirs specific information from organization data source. Proposed algorithm is introduced to improve the performance of enterprise information portals and used to connect the enterprise resource planning system with different portal application. So business process management cycles will be improved in all business area. This proposed algorithm is concentrate on guarantee exchange data between portal applications and enterprise resource planning system and vice versa using intermediate document (IDOC) based on XML technique, also the purposed algorithm concentrate on fix performance issues and error sources occurred in middleware using different approaches that used to connect ERP systems with another application written by different programming language.
