Abstract :
End user companies such as oil and gas companies need to have a set of company specific technical requirements for the electrical discipline. This paper presents a strategy for the development of such a set of technical requirements based on a case study for two oil and gas companies that merged in 2007 and developed a full set of new technical requirements thereafter.
