Abstract :
In order to explore the solving method of unexploded cluster munitions, the improved method of cluster munitions has been analysed, and three kinds of utility function of improved method have been established based on multi-dimension principles decision-making method. Also, the weight of all the principles have been determined, sensitivity of all the plans have been analyzed. Results show that self-destruction, self-neutralisation and self-deactivating are the best improving method in fuze technology at present stage.
