Abstract :
Transdermal drug delivery system has an incomparable superiority to traditional medication systems, but its application was limited owing to low skin permeability. Aimed at the present situation, this paper analyzed the characters of dose-pulse based on the principle of transdermal drug delivery. Then several high accurate pulse waves and their combination are regenerated based on the theory of eleetroporation, sonophoresis and ontophoresis. Finally, Experimental results show that system effectively promotes drugs permeability through skin by regulation of frequency and intensity, and have good engineering value.
