Abstract :
In the case of large-scale natural disasters, it is very important to determine emergency materials scheduling quickly and efficiently from multiple emergency logistics centers as supply point supplying to multiple disaster affected points. A mathematical model is constructed in this paper to minimize the latest emergency responding time and the number of supply activities, and an AC-GA (Alien Cross-GA) genetic algorithm is designed with alien cross strategy to obtain the optimal solution. The AC-GA employs symbolic coding, generates initial population randomly and adopts alien cross operator which first selects individuals of bigger difference to cross moderately. Simulation results show that AC-GA with appropriate setting of alien cross parameters spends less iteration to get the optimal solution than the traditional genetic algorithm when dealing the same problems.
