Abstract
The main objective of this work is to develop a decision model for Information Technology (IT) supplier selection to reduce the number of failures in the relationship between client and supplier. Also, it is defined a software engineering systematic review for the IT supplier selection decision and a case study to help to define and evaluate the model. The motivation for defining this model is the absence of any decision model based on the acquisition models and the decision methods for selecting and IT supplier.
