Abstract :
The high speed internet infrastructure, quest for IT resource optimization and escalating operation and maintenance cost of keeping digital resources up are leading to cost effective and technologically efficient communication business model. Next generation broadband networks, Mobile high speed data and video services, open networks, converged services and terminals, social networking and disruptive applications such as Cloud computing are re-shaping the ICT ecosystem. This paper discusses the transformation from value chain to value networks in emerging ICT ecosystem.
