Influence of knowledge management system on organization effectiveness in Macedonian organization

In recent years many organizations have to pay attention to knowledge as organizational intangible capital. The knowledge is considered as a very important resource. So, many organizations pay attention on knowledge management and that enforce the organizations to become more effective and efficient in using their resources. This leads to competitive advantage. In the recent year organizations use the different type of information technology for effective and efficient process of knowledge management. This paper provides the research results of knowledge management processes in organizations in Republic of Macedonia. Also it is going to give a review of different information technology which is used in particular stage of knowledge management processes in organizations in Republic of Macedonia and their influence on organizational effectiveness.
