Abstract
With global economic development, each country increasingly puts more emphasis on the promotion of nationals´ financial concepts and financial education. Financial concepts are highly wide-ranging, and issues such as whether teaching materials appropriate for elementary school and whether teachers´ teaching methods can impassion students´ learning interest have become important in related researches in Taiwan. However, integrating information technology into instruction has become prevalent in all disciplines, and therefore this study would not only investigate the appropriateness of contents of financial education in elementary schools but also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of integrating multimedia into financial education in elementary school. Finally, we provide suggestions for future curriculum design and hope can improve students´ learning performance of financial concepts.
