Abstract :
This work is devoted to research physical processes and computation of main parameters of spin transfer nano-generator´s (STNG) phase locked loop (PLL). Need of research of this scheme is connected from one side to big perspectives of using STNG (operation in nanoscale, high tunability), and on the other hand with high width of the spectral line (about hundred megahertz) for standard STNG. At the first step we present the mathematical model of the STNG´s PLL in the form of differential equations. At the second step using phase approximation we calculate the basic physical parameters of this scheme (increasing of power and width of spectral line).
