Sports from the perspective of ecological consciousness

From the ecological perspective and in conjunction with the environment-protecting practices in the modern Olympic Games, this paper probes into the relations between sports and ecological environment. Based on the description of their relations, the paper proposes that sports should progress in coordination with the ecological environment, while advocating green and healthful sport patterns in an effort to promote the public´s environmental protection awareness.
