Abstract :
Background: Service oriented architecture (SOA) promotes software reuse and interoperability as its niche. Developer usually expects that services being used are performing as promised. Capability to measure quality of services helps developer to predict the software behavior. Measuring quality attributes of software can be treated as a way to ensure that the developed software will/does meet expected qualities.
