Abstract :
In the process of actual working, there will appear macro and micro relative movements between the machine joint surfaces. The efficiency, precision, reliability and life of equipment will be affected by the vibration and friction, which are stimulated by those relative movements. The study of this article summarizes the current study situation of vibration friction from the joint surface contact stiffness and damping and contact modeling, and expounds the research "generalized gap" model the author\´s group proposed, and advocates to study joint surface from the perspective of nonlinear dynamics. Finally, it looks to the development and trend of dynamic characteristics of mechanical joint surface.
