            Abstract :
Aiming at the load balancing of multiple up-links, CIAP (Covariance target Iteration Algorithm based on PBA) algorithm is proposed, which can adjust routing table secondly according to the covariance of links´ delay and residual bandwidth. Then, the IP fragments is mapped to each link by PBA (Public Bidding Algorithm) algorithm and thus multiple links´ traffic is balanced to a certain extent. In the end, routing update frequency is studied initially. Experimental results show that the optimization performance of CIAP is increased to a certain extent than DTIA (Delay Target Iteration Algorithm) when network load is heavy.
