Abstract :
Combined with the deformation between the slider and slide of linear rolling guide (LRG), the analytical model of static stiffness can be put forward. By the ANSYS, the deformation can be gained, which come from the slider and slide under external load and preloading. At the same time, the normal and tangential stiffness of joint surface can be obtained By setting up spring-damping dynamic model of LRG, the first 5-order theoretical calculation natural frequencies can be gained with normal and tangential stiffness of LRG. Finally, the accuracy of the theoretical mode can be verified by dynamic test of LRG.
