Abstract
Student satisfaction is increasingly becoming an important indicator in the evaluation of university management performance. And how to improve student satisfactory degree of university service products and how to gain the source of excellent student in the domestic and international market is a strategic initiatives to determine the survival and development of university. The purpose of this paper is to answer what student satisfaction is, what its formation mechanism and how to assess student satisfaction. Firstly this paper discusses the connotation, formation mechanisms and constitution of student satisfaction by utilizing psychological theory and method. Secondly, this paper has established the evaluation index system of university service product student satisfaction its grey category and whitening function by using grey evaluation method. Finally. This paper focuses on university service products student satisfaction measurement. The innovative point of this paper consists in having established a grey evaluation model of university service product student satisfaction and having provided a new judgment criterion in order to evaluate the performance of university management
