Abstract :
There has been a wide variety of automatic segmentation methods with deepening study of the Chinese information processing, and the ambiguity problem is a challenge which all the methods must face. This paper summarizes the algorithms of Chinese text segmentation. Through the introduction of multiple ambiguities, it analyzes the necessity of the existence of ambiguities. On the basis of Chinese text segmentation, it offers a new overlapping ambiguity elimination algorithm based on segmentation rank. The algorithm can eliminate ambiguities and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Chinese segmentation overlapping ambiguous.
