Abstract :
Supply chain performance evaluation is based on the supply chain evaluation index system, and it uses quantity statistics and operational research via quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, is the performance for a certain period on its supply chain(include support performance, operation performance and final performance), sequentially it can judge in a objective, impartial and accurate way. This paper has confirmed index weight in the supply chain performance evaluation via AHP and modified grey relational analysis. Utilizing modified grey relational analysis to analyze synthetically, it can make a performance evaluation for GOME target supply chain, and pick up the optimum supplier. This paper has provided sufficient data for enterprises selecting suppliers and optimizing supply chain, thereby achieving the target for optimizing enterprise supply chain
