Abstract :
The combination of E-learning and multimedia resources management can help digital assets be used rationally and managed effectively. Thematic study can strengthens the learners understanding of the learning content, helps learners to obtain overall and comprehensive knowledge, and mobilizes the learners´ interest and enthusiasm of learning. Therefore, this paper introduces the description model of object-oriented media resources based on metadata. And we also design and implement an E-learning-oriented personalized multimedia resources management platform.
