Abstract :
This paper aims to make a research on the contents, motivations, learning time and payments of public receiving life-long education through a descriptive way; some related analysis will be on the relationship between four factors (age, income, diploma, and gender) and motivations and payments. A series of constructive suggestions will be proposed based on the findings.
