Abstract :
This article uses the Access database as the basis, discussed the traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the Access database using form in store way. It provides convenient for using data mining analysis method of clinical medical record from refining old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine experience. To a large sample of clinical medical record carries out standard arrangement. The basic information of medical record, traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis, the four diagnostic information, laboratory checking, disease pathology, therapies and prescription carries out standardization, informationization, structured. The Access database is relatively independent. It has storage, analysis, display, print and other functions, and it is suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine prescription storage and data analysis. This paper discussed the Access as the advantages of information collection tool for the prescription, and put forward the shortcomings and thinking in setting up the process of old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine medical record. It opens up new ideas and methods for better in the future to inherit and carry forward old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience and academic ideas.
