Abstract :
A novel dual-band filter with arc patch based on square loop structure has been proposed. The square loop resonator controls the high-band resonant frequency. With arc patch added, the current distribution of the square loop is changed, and the low passband can be obtained. Then a dual-band filter is achieved at 2.45GHz and 5.2GHz. With the good performance and compact size, the proposed dual-band filter will find applications in wireless communication circuits.
