Abstract :
This article is intended to establish a new customer life cycle based on traditional customer life cycle model, depending on China Unicom needs and the characteristics of China Unicom customer. The model uses time dimension and generalized linear model to divide the customer life cycle and subdivide it with Z value model. The paper uses the example of China Unicom 3G customer life cycle model in practice of division application, compared with the traditional customer life cycle model, which indicates the advantage of China Unicom 3G customer life cycle in practical applications, at the same time, the article proposes the application of the customer life cycle and the supportive function in corporate management.
