  • Abstract
    This paper designs an improved E-commerce model and adds logistics provider to the traditional E-commerce model, puts emphasis on the mutual supervision of the third-party payment and logistics provider with reputation mechanism in order to reduce the service risks especially the payment risks in network transaction.
