Abstract :
The article puts the workflow management system technology into the development of the research project, describing the analysis and overall design on the research project based on workflow technology. With the help of three layer architecture, which consists of presentation layer, business layer and data services layer, we proposed a common, flexible and efficient method to design and develop the university research projects management system.
