Abstract :
Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) is applied widely in various fields of engineering due to its high reliability and high process speed as well as its convenience. Aimed at the characteristics of PAC in software project based on PLC control, some program design methods and key technique are introduced to realize intelligent control, which makes use of PAC ladder language. The frame structure design of program, sampling data, checking list and the calculation of deviation change rate are expatiated in this paper.
