Intelligent management system used for open lab

Authors of this paper developed a lab intelligent management system for Donghua University. The system provides two platforms: one is used to monitor and process statistics on the university level, and the other mainly used to manage lab work on the college level. With the use of the network electric power controller to supervise active instruments and equipment, reservation and access control cards for identification, and a high-definition video monitoring system to monitor experimental process, the labs are accessible to students and teachers all day, effectively improving the management level of university labs.
