Abstract :
In this paper, we analyze the requirements of software outsourcing talents, e.g. in levels, knowledge, abilities and qualities. We also discuss contradictions between traditional teaching in computer software-related specialties and needs for software outsourcing talents. Combined with some properties of private undergraduate universities and colleges, e.g. student bases, student expectations and universities positioning, we propose a training model of software outsourcing talents as Seamless University-Enterprise Connection. And then, we expound the model from five aspects, such as arrangement of academic years, curriculum system, university-enterprise cooperation, teaching staff construction and students guidance. Finally, we prove its effectiveness through a success practice in Zhejiang Shuren University.
