Abstract :
This paper focuses on innovation of the combination of learning and practice in the small micro-enterprise. it will discuss the character, advantages and the practice situation and efficient of the combination of learning and practice from the demission of students, teachers polytechnics and enterprises. Although the combination of polytechnics with enterprises plays an exemplary role in the field, it cannot develop in the enlarged scale and depth. Nowadays, The combination of learning and practice in the polytechnics is a big step in this process but the Groups companies cannot satisfy the students need to positions, either the stimulation of the teachers dynamic role. Only enterprises in polytechnics are far more than enough. They need build micro-enterprises startup hub to encourage and support teachers and students to creative their own enterprises and attract the micro-enterprises to settle in the hub, which will form. a certain sized micro-enterprise group, which will satisfy students multi-job practice needs. Student positions counterparts their own favorite, they enjoy this work practice learning. And the co-operation with the famous enterprises can improve the visibility of the Institute, which plays a combination of demonstration engineering advocacy role. The creation of school-run enterprises will play a guiding role in the combination of learning and practicing. Creating small micro Pioneer Park can produce a number of certain sized corporation and forming a combination of teaching with the main force. Only the coordinated development of the above three levels can construct the sustainable development new model of the combination of working with teaching in polytechnics.
