Abstract :
The core of quality education is the training of student´s innovative spirit and practical ability. A research-driven innovative-practical-ability training model is proposed. Firstly, this paper introduces the main characteristics of the new training model. Then paper presents the main three training methods and the supporting measures of the new training model. Finally, the practices have proved the positive effect of the research-driven training model to improve the innovation and practical ability of students.
