Abstract :
Some researchers on effective pedagogy reveal that “teacher directed” type of learning design should be transformed into “student centered” type in that the latter will help improve student´s intellectual quality in class and develop their abilities of solving the problems in real life. Teachers´ integrating E-learning technologies into learning design definitely facilitates this engagement in class. The application of LAMS in learning design mentioned in this paper is for high school students to deal with the knowledge about Antarctic. By analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of this learning design, we create a new sequence of activities from an existing template. Sometimes people first experience success from the practice and then form some very good beliefs. Thus, after the abstraction and modification, this sequence can be used for some other topics. With the constant upgrade, LAMS is surely going to bring about revolutionary changes in learning design.
