Abstract :
The higher education of current China needs innovation. According to “Excellent engineer education training program” of the Ministry of Education and the teaching plan of the university where the author works, the author summarizes three methods for innovation and breakthrough on the basis of teaching experience for 15 years. First, the elective course of “Engineering practice of law” could be set up in the teaching plan of engineering specialty, so that the legal knowledge related to engineering practice could be mastered by engineering students. At the same time, the elective course of “Engineering practice of law” could be set up in the teaching plan of legal professionals, so that the law students spend special time on learning engineering practice of law to make ready for the work after graduation. Second, Situational Teaching Method. Being the innovation of Case Teaching Method, it can achieve the desired effect by question type to provides cases and cosplay way for cases analysis and open type to summarise cases. Third, Team Learning Method. The students can be divided into groups so that they can participate in the discussion to draw the corresponding conclusion by using the strength and wisdom of the team.
