Abstract :
In the high pressure common rail fuel injection system, with the continuous increase of the fuel injection pressure, fuel oil viscosity-temperature effect, the viscosity-temperature effect, the gap-fuel leakage effect would be more obvious. In this paper, the author will use the method of simulation to analyze the impact of the gap of precision pair in the high-pressure common rail injector on the leakage and the entire injector performance, and provide the guidance for fuel injector.
